Triphala Guggal

Triphala Guggal is very commonly practiced in Ayurvedic treaties specifically for piles, fissure and fistula which are mainly a result of long term indigestion, constipation & malfunction of liver. In various research studies one of its prime ingredients Guggulu has been found having strong anti-inflammatory as well as anti-obesity properties. It stimulates fat burning, lowers total lipids, serum cholesterol and triglyceride level hence it helps in maintaining body weight also.

Indication:
Piles, fissure, fistula, obesity, high cholesterol level, anaemia, liver disorders.

Direction for use:
2 pills, 2 to 3 times a day with lukewarm water or as directed by physician. Break the pill in to pieces before swallowing.

Composition:
Haritaki (Terminalia chebula), Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica), Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Pippali (Piper longum), Guggulu (Commiphora mukul).
