Amala (Emblica officinalis) is a wonder fruit and boon to mankind from Ayurveda. It has potential to perform multiple positive actions in the body. It improves general health, enhances resistance of body to various diseases. In nutshell, Amla nourishes all the body tissues and systems, keeps them healthy and well functioning.
Indication:
Indigestion, dyspepsia, hyperacidity, biliousness, liver problems, constipation, hemorrhoids, gastritis and colitis, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac weakness, burning urination, old age degenerative disorders, physical and mental fatigue, mouth ulcers, bleeding gums, anaemia (low Hb), scurvy, chronic common cold, premature hair loss and graying, eye cataract, glaucoma.
Direction for use:
1 to 2 tablespoonfuls (15 to 30 ml), 2 times a day with water or as directed by physician.
